Easy and Portable Healthy Snacks

Snackin’ Done Right

If you’re anything like me, you LOVE snacks. Fast, easy, delicious and most importantly HEALTHY snacks to take along with me throughout the day to satisfy my sweet tooth or even my boredom. I can’t live without snack foods. Below I will give you 3 recipes of healthy snack foods I have made and of course tried which are absolutely mouth watering! Keep reading for how to make these yummy foods……


Zucchini Bites


  • 1 Zucchini: Chop Zucchini up into slivers
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Mix Olive Oil, Pepper, Salt, and Garlic in a bowl
  • Brush Zucchini slivers with olive oil mixture
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese: sprinkle over zucchini slivers
  • Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes


Fro-Yo Bites


  • 3/4 cup Granola (I used Kind Blueberry granola)
  • 3/4 cup Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries and strawberries
  • Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of stevia
  • Mix granola, Coconut Oil, and stevia in a bowl
  • In a muffin tin, pat granola into tin first, add table spoon of yogurt and choice of fruit on top
  • Freeze for 6 hours


Strawberry Oats Bar


  • 3/4 stick of butter (alternative=apple sauce)
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar or stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of baking power
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup of blended strawberries
  • Mix together: flour, oil/butter, oats, stevia, baking powder, salt
  • Press half of oats onto sprayed 9 by 13 inch pan
  • Spread strawberries across oat mixture
  • Sprinkle the rest of oats mixture on top of strawberries
  • Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes, let them cool and enjoy!
